Having initially been approached to source a piece of land by our client, working alongside Mabgate Commercial Property Brokers, we were delighted to introduce this site to our client. Set on circa 4 acres of land in Leeds, this student accommodation and commercial development comprised circa 1300 student beds and associated amenities along with a roof top football 5 a side pitch, retail and hospitality facilities at grade.
The scheme was developed from initial concept stage, working closely with the LPA, to achieve a delegate planning approval.
