Located in a unique canal side setting at Fazelely Junction, the Boat House offers both supported living and a specialist care home for 20 adults with learning disabilities or complex needs.

The residential home provides 8 bedrooms with ensuite facility along with spacious lounges and activity rooms.  A learning kitchen provides the residents a wonderfully equipped environment within which they are able to learn and enhance their life skills.  A garden area is located to make use of the busy views offered by the canal.

12 supported living flats are provided on site, 4 located within the converted listed building – the former Boat House.  Each flat incorporates cutting edge technology, linked back to the care home, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the residents.

Services included amendments to the planning approval, construction drawings and site supervision as part of a Design & Build appointment.
