Having initially introduced this site to our client, Mere Hall is 64 bedroomed care home development, over 3 storeys, providing residential, dementia and respite care.  The luxury home includes facilities such as an in-house bar, restaurant dining rooms, hair and beauty salon activities rooms and beautiful & spacious living rooms.  Each bedroom is spacious and light, coming fully furnished and with ensuite.  

Each ground floor bedroom opens to an external private sitting area.  The home includes premium suites which provide residents with a kitchenette and separate living space above the standard room specification.  

The design of the building makes use of large, glazed aspects and external terraces that frame and provide views over Hornsea Mere.  Garden features include sensory spaces, allotments and an outdoor bowling green.
